Welcome to the GlennMail Documentation!
Now that you have invited the bot to your discord server, you can begin!
GlennMail is primarily focused on direct messages from a server member point of view, this way allows you to open a ticket on any Discord you share with the bot if that server is set up to allow for ticket creation. Alongside your initial ticket creation, there are also transcripts that will store any type of message that is passed from you as the ticket creator or as a staff member, it is then logged to yourself and the server when the ticket comes to a close.
Bot Features:
- GlennMail allows users to create tickets from an easy access point to any mutual servers.
- The bot hardly goes offline, if it does, it is most likely due to planned maintenance. Join our Support Server to see any current outages/updates.
- A designated staff role can be set which will allow for a specific group of people along with Administrators to deal with support tickets.
- Server-side blacklisting is also provided if you have any members that are abusing/misusing the system but you don't want to remove them from your server.
